Lovely 4 Bed home in Wollongbar, Australia

Our home is a four bedroom, low set home. We have a small, fenced garden. There are two fairly large living spaces.
We live near Byron Bay which boasts beautiful surf and beaches. Cafes and restaurants are plentiful and lots of walking and outdoor barbeque facilities are found along the coastline.
But the district also has a number of national parks nearby which are great for hiking, camping and day trips.
Locally grown produce like coffee, tea plantations, artisans, many local markets. Many producers focus on organic production.
Native animals like koalas, kangaroos, dolphins and others (which have often been rescued)can be seen up close and in some cases handled at a number of attractions nearby. These can be a great experience for children ( and adults).
All water sports can be indulged in nearby rivers, lakes and ocean. Whale watching, canoeing, surfing, fishing are nearby.

It is situated on the edge of a small town, so we have a rural outlook. We have all amenities like shops, doctors, hospitals, restaurants, cafes etc in larger towns nearby. Easy access to highways, airports nearby.
