It has three bedrooms (1 ensuite double, 1 room with bunk beds and 1 single room (with additional pull out bed) and a fourth room with a double sofa bed. (The family use this as a games/kids TV room) The apartment is on the ground floor with a patio from which there is convenient access to a huge pool and a children's pool. The condo has tennis courts, a gym, BBQ pits and 24 hour security.

It is within walking distance of Pasir Ris park which has beach side restaurants, bike hire and a wonderful well-equipped children's play park. The condo is located next to a small shopping mall with a supermarket and local hawker food stalls.

Pasir Ris in home to 'Wild, Wild, Weta thrilling water park. It also has a train line that offers cheap and efficient access to central Singapore (30-40 minutes). In addition taxis are cheap and also readily available and you can be in Downtown Singapore in 20 minutes.

Singapore is a great city. It has a number of tourist attractions e.g. Sentosa island, A zoo with river and night safaris, Botanic Gardens, Universal Studios as well as places of cultural interest Chinatown and Little India.
