Lovely 2 Bed home in Meringo, Australia

We live in unspoilt rural Australia. Our home is on the coast in a National Park designated area. Paradise.

The coastal walks here are amazing and follow the routes of ancient Aboriginal dreaming tracks. Migrating whales can be seen from our beach and our home is surrounded by bird life and kangaroos (they often graze on our 2 acre property).

Walking, golfing, kayaking, surfing, fishing, tennis...the list goes on...are all available locally.

The nearest country town - Moruya - is a fifteen minute drive away and has a great variety of cafes, unique shopping (including award winning weekly markets on the banks of the river) and a hatted restaurant. There is an art deco cinema in nearby Narooma where you can also hop on a boat to Montague Island or relax with a plate of seafood looking out over the water.

Sydney is a 50 minute spectacular flight away (4 hour drive). The Snowy Mountains and ski resorts are a 2.5 hour drive inland from here and Canberra is 3 hours away.

July and August are great months here -usually dry and sunny with daytime temperatures in the twenties and an absence of mosquitoes.

Our home has a wood burner to make evenings toasty and a wrap around verandah to sit and watch the wildlife.
