Modern house in 1.5 acres right on the edge of part of the old Sherwood Forest, great for walking and cycling yet only 10 mins from Lincoln City. Lovely gardens.
Run as an AA 5 * B&B we have a guest wing which has two bedrooms, lounge and bathroom with full use of garden. If swopping whilst we are in New Zealand guests can use our lounge and kitchen; if it is at a different time of the year then I can do B&B for you.
Lots to do in Lincoln, the Cathedral, Castle, museums, nature parks and further out Stately Homes. 1 hr 20 to London on train.
Outdoor play frames/swings. Bike use.

On the doorstep of 230 acres of woodland. 10 mins to Lincoln. Village with two pubs 1 mile away. Not isolated, we have neighbours around.
