Our bungalow is situated overlooking the Hayle Estuary with a 180 degree view including three churches, the village of Phillack and the sand dunes.
We are on a private road with no through traffic.There is a large rear garden with a small lawn and garden furniture.

The A30 runs through Hayle to Penzance which is about 8 miles away, also nearby is St Ives,Carbis Bay,Camborne and Truro.
Hayle has The West Cornwall shopping centre consisting of M&S Next Boots and Costa Coffee.also Co op & Lidls and a new harbourside ASDA. There are miles of walks over the dunes along St Ives bay to see the seals at Godrevy.

About the location

There is a park and ride nearby which will take you to St Ives which is a beatiful train ride along the coast.The paradise bird sanctuary is in Hayle and there are a lot of varieties of birds on the estuary which attracts a lot of twitchers.'Hayle has a 3 mile stretch of golden sand and you can swim or surf there or godrevy beach.If you wish to relax you can sit in our quiet walled garden in the sun .We now have a electric charger for electric cars .
