Close to tram, S-Bahn, and a short walk to shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Living room is mid-century modern in style, open-plan kitchen large bedroom with balcony. Recently renovated.

Very close to the old East / West border at Bornholmer Str on the east side. Lovely square (Arnimplatz) v close, with specialist vegan shoe, clothes and supermarket, restaurants and cafes.

Old banger car could be made available, but not necessary as public transport excellent. Very easy to reach from Schoenefeld and Tegel airports.(I've written no children or pets here, because it's only one bedroom, but there is a sofa (not sofabed), so could be flexible on this. I have a dog, who would not be here, so well-behaved pets might also be possible.
