21 Dukes Way

The bungalow was built in the 50's, it is in a cul-de-sac on the edge of the town.
There are 3 low steps into the house, so it may not be suitable for wheel chairs.
It has been modernised throughout. It will comfortably accommodate 4 people. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other 2 singles. There is a study area which could accommodate another bed/mattress. (we use this room at Christmas)
There is a newly fitted kitchen with a hob and double oven. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge. There is a cloakroom with a small sink
The sitting room has a large window which opens on to the garden which although small is private and pleasant.
There is a garage nad a drive for 2 cars.

About the location

The area is residential. The town is interesting with a carpet factory. It used to be a big market town. There is a good selection of shops, and most important is a railway link to Exeter, Plymouth, and London. Axminster is on the border with Dorset, and Somerset, and is very close to the Jurassic coast.
There are beaches in Seaton, Lyme Regis and Sidmouth. these are between 6 and 12 miles away.
