Retired Couple in Gated Golf Course Community
We are a retired couple and would like to exchange with a professional couple or retired couple from British Columbia for mid February to March, April or even the end of May, 2015. If you are retired or a professional couple living in BC and want to come to the sun for a month or more, drop us a line. Our one floor townhouse type condo is 6 years young approximately 1700 square feet with a large kitchen and backyard that backs onto a greenspace with a hot tub (in the greenspace). 18 inch Tile floors except living/dining room and bedrooms which are carpeted. This is our main home although we are Canadian citizens. There is a community pool, gym and clubhouse for meeting people or just relaxing, playing cards, billiards, tabletennis, tennis or pickleball or other activities. And of course lots of golf!
About the location
It is in SUNNY Arizona close to shopping/groceries and restaurants. Car not needed for a short stay but if you want to stay longer then we recommend a car to take in all the sights in the Greater Phoenix area and even take a trip to the Grand Canyon or Mexico. There are plenty of museums, parks and the community hosts activities daily and weekly during the winter season.
