Our home is located near the swan river in the Western suburbs of Nedlands. We are about 15 min from the City and the beach, and we are about 20 mins away from Fremantle. We are in walking distance from our nearest shops, cafés, restaurants, cinema, post office and other little shops, then a 5 min drive to the nearest shopping centre.

Our home is air conditioned both cool and heat, and have a big undercover 60 sq metre deck with BBQ, all gardens are reticulated and very low maintenance.

About the location

Nedlands is in the Western suburbs of Perth, we are so close to many different attractions.
We are only a five min drive from the beautiful Kings park & Botanic gardens, you can hop on a bus and go into the city or go in the other direction to the beach at Cottesloe.
Fremantle is about 20 mins drive and there is plenty to see and do there. You also can go for a wine tasting cruise down the Swan river into the Swan valley,or hop on the Ferry and spend the weekend at Rottenest island and swim in the crystal clear bays around the small island. Then you can head down South to the famous Margaret River and really get into wine, beer, cheese, chocolate tasting!
