About the location
It's a nice building and address directly across the street from the Shinjuku Gyoen park. The space is a studio. It's warm and comfy, convenient, safe and quiet. It's not large. The cooking area is not a kitchen. You can make noodles and coffee, and there's a small fridge, but you probably wouldn't want to cook. Plenty of stuff to eat outside.
Walk to Shinjuku.
Trains just two blocks away.
Nearest JR is Shinjuku Gyoen (a minute down the Marunouchi line).
