We have a cozy 1-bedroom apt. in a condo on Commonwealth Avenue, near Boston College and the Chestnut Hill Reservoir. It is across the street from the Green Line "T" stop (B line) and a 5-7 minute walk from stops on two other lines (C and D), all of which service city destinations. The apt. is on the second floor, accessible by either elevator or steps from lobby. It has a full-bath, with bathtub and shower. The bed is Full-size and a sleeping couch in the living room accommodates one. Resident curb or building parking unavailable. Air conditioning in the bedroom. Internet connection only possible with "Hotspot." No TV.

About the location

We are in a residential neighborhood of Boston called Brighton and we are a 5 minute walk from Cleveland Circle which is a commercial area with restaurants, fast food, Starbucks, bars, hardware, liquor and drug stores. Because it is close to Boston College, there is a large student demographic. The perimeter of the Reservoir is about 2 miles and makes for a beautiful, healthy walk. We are 20 minutes by "T" from Coolidge Corner in Brookline and 30 minutes from the Boston city center itself. One bus line direct to Cambridge and Harvard and MIT stops one block from apt.
