Spacious bright home in walking distance to beach, North Laines independent shops and trains - Brighton

We have a large kitchen and living room. Two double bedrooms and a study which can have a temporary bed erected if you need three bedrooms. Lots of period features and a nice garden to enjoy in the summer for eating out or bbq.

Fully equipped kitchen as we cook a lot, with a double oven and open design. There is a wood-burner in the kitchen and open fire in the living room for cosy winter exchanges, also full gas central heating.

About the location

The house is close to a small park and shops. Within 15 minutes walk we have the North Laines full of quirky independent shops and restaurants. There are several interesting pubs serving great food and show-casing all types of music very close by.

The train station is close by with easy access to London (only 50 minutes on fast train) so you can enjoy the big city then come back to the seaside.

Just up the hill you will find the South Downs National Park and a National Nature Reserve, great for walking, cycling (we have a couple of bikes available for use).
