House is actually a 4 bedroom but we have turned one into a television room and another into a study, The other 2 bedrooms are both doubles with the master having an ensuite. A single bed could be placed in the study. It also has an alfresco area at the rear for outside dining or relaxing. We built our house in 2014 and moved in in September.
About the location
We live on the Sunshine Coast which is an hours drive (100klms) north of Brisbane.The Coast stretches from Caloundra ,where we live, 65klms to Noosa, Fishing, boating and water sports are all readily available in the Bribie Passage or deep sea fishing from Mooloolaba. In the hinterland you can travel up the Blackall Range and visit Maleny and Montville which both have lots of art and craft shops and cafes. Australia Zoo( Steve Irwin) is approx. 20 klms from Caloundra at Beerwah and is full of Australian Native Animals especially Crocs. Google Caloundra for more imformation.
