The house is set on a quiet and very friendly road, just a few minutes walk from the beautiful high street and train station. It is situated over three floors with a small courtyard garden. There are two double bedrooms, two children's rooms and a sofa bed in the playroom. The house has a large kitchen and sitting room and playroom on the top floor.

Tunbridge Wells is a beautiful town approximately 40 miles from London. The town has great shops, restaurants and good transport links to kent, Sussex and London. There are lots of great pubs in the beautiful local countryside but the house is located five minutes walk from the train station and easy walk to all the town has to offer. Trains take 50 minutes to get into London.
The town has a rich history and there are local museums if it is of interest.
