Spacious Victorian terrace

We have a spacious, split level Victorian house with many original features. We have a large sitting room (with TV, DVD player, PS4 and many family games). Our large, well equipped kitchen/dining room leads into our long garden, which has a BBQ, trampoline and outdoor dining tables. There are two double bedrooms, one child's bedroom with 2 raised beds and a study with a double sofa bed. We have two bathrooms, one with a roll top bath and walk-in shower.

About the location

We live in a quiet, residential area of London, 4 miles from the centre of London. Access to central London is very easy, by train or bus. Here you can visit the city's many galleries, theatres, museums, historical buildings, restaurants etc.
Locally, there are two parks, with children's play equipment, a tennis court and a farmer's market. We have a beautiful local cafe and several nearby restaurants. We are very close to the historic UNESCO site of Greenwich and other popular areas such as
Dulwich.
We are experienced house swappers and people have enjoyed our home.
