Top floor tenement flat

Built in 1887, our home has one double bedroom with a kingsize bed and two single bedrooms one with a small double bed and one with a raised single bed. We also have a internal box room with a double bed that is raised with access via a moveable ladder. Underneath the bed is a single sofa bed. We have a kitchen with a large dining table in its centre and views behind to the Pentland hills. In our living room we have a wood burning stove and views of the Edinburgh roofs. We can see all the central firework displays out of our window. Our flat is an attic flat with dormer windows and a large skylight in the hall way. In the summer the light beams in creating lovely light features through our feature window in the kitchen . We have a lovely ginger tom old cat, we hope homeswappers would look after him so he can stay home but if this is problem we can arrange for him to stay with family.

About the location

Centrally located in Edinburgh. Edinburgh is such a great place with something for everyone. We are lose to the meadows a great Edinburgh Park, The Commonwealth Pool, Aurthurs Seat and to the University. Very close to all the festivals in August. Well located for all bus routes. We have a shared garden.
