Outside area includes other BBQs, bench tables and outside lighting.

An 18ft 40hp outboard boat could be included but the user would have to provide a letter of competence to fit in with Portuguese law.

A HF amateur Ham radio rig could also be available for people with a suitable license !

About the location

3 minutes drive from the beautiful beach of Porto do Mos where fishing and surfing are available on most days, weather permitting. A twenty minute walk into the middle of the old, historic walled town of Lagos. The town has a lot of history and still has Moorish castles and buildings and various cobbled "old fashioned" narrow pedestrian streets. There are approximately 280 restaurants and cafes nearby catering for all tastes and appetites.

The garden of the house includes, oranges, lemons, grapes, bananas, apples, plums are various more exotic fruits.

Summer day temperatures average 32c and winter day 16c.

Seville is a 2 hour drive and the Spanish border is 1.5 Hours. London is a 2 hour flight from Faro into Gatwick or other regional airports.
