Beautiful Edwardian home in London

Our house is a lovely 3 bedroom, Edwardian house within 10 minutes of Lammas Park and Northfields tube station, which is on the Piccadilly line (central London in 20 mins). Downstairs is recently refurbished; with a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living space with and open fire. There is a downstairs toilet. We have a pretty garden with sliding doors which open onto a sunny deck area. The garden backs onto the allotments so is, unusually for London, not overlooked.
We have four bedrooms - a new loft master, a large double with full size bunk beds and a big third bedroom with a full size single bed. The forth bedroom is a single study which can be a single room. (We can also provide a travel cot if needed). The new loft conversion has a good sized bathroom with a walk in shower and is a lovely sunny space. There is also a family bathroom on the first floor.

We have a weekly cleaner who would continue to come during your stay.

About the location

We live in the area of Northfields, in Ealing, which is a beautiful and safe residential area of West London. It is accessible, with great public transport links. In the immediate vicinity we have lots of local parks including lovely Lammas Park but also great pubs, cafes and shops. We have lots of fabulous trendy restaurants, for example Santa Maria, next to the famous Ealing studios, was voted the best pizza restaurant in London by Time Out last year. There are also fabulous gastro-pubs, Indian restaurants, Japanese, Sri Lankan and Fish and Chips among the long list of cuisines.

The Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew (UNESCO World heritage site) is a 10 minute drive away or on a direct bus route. Richmond and Chiswick, both beautiful areas with lots of great restaurants are close, as is Richmond Park. Notting Hill and Portobello market are a short tube away as is Westfield the biggest (and best) shopping mall in Europe.

We have excellent bus and tube links, and it only takes about 30 mins to the museums in Kensington. You can also easily get into the centre of town and enjoy all that London has to offer. Most of the major London sights are on the Piccadilly line or an easy connection, as are Eurostar and Heathrow airport.

We are also positioned so that it is easy to get to Oxford and Windsor either by a short car journey or by train
