The White House,
The White House, Mount Vernon is a detached house overlooking Mounts Bay and Newlyn Harbour. You can see St Michaels Mount from the windows. The House was built in the 1800's and in 1886 a famous Newlyn School painter came to live here. His name was Norman Garstin and he painted from here. The House has in 2014 been sensitively refurbished and has 3 bedrooms, (1 double and 2 singles) a large open plan living dining area and a good sized garden. We have great sea views and parking at the front and a garden at the back. It is a child friendly house. We have superfast broadband, freeview, smart TV and a Sonos music system. We have the most amazing views of Mounts Bay and Newlyn harbour and are close to some of the world's best beaches.
About the location
Belle Vue Newlyn is located in West Cornwall in an area called West Penwith or the Land's End Peninsula. WE are the toe at the end of England. We are 10 miles from Land's End. The House has great views and is close to some fantastic beaches, restaurants, galleries and harbour towns. You can see St Michaels Mount from the windows and it is well worth a visit. Tate st Ives, Eden Project, Minack Theatre are all worth a visit.
