10 Minutes from Niagara Falls

We live in a 1500 sq. ft. two storey house with a large back yard. We have a well appointed gourmet style kitchen with a sunroom attached which looks into the backyard. Upstairs in a 100 sq. ft. bathroom with rain shower and claw foot tub. The house was built in the 1920's and has been renovated from top to bottom. We have a cleaning lady who comes every two weeks and someone who will do the yard work.

About the location

We live in a leafy green neighbourhood with many sociable neighbours. We are within walking distance to all amenities. Niagara Falls is just 10 minutes away by car and we are 20 minutes from New York state and one hour from Toronto. We live in wine country...more than 100 wineries producing our world famous ice wine as well as fine Cab Franc and Reisling. There are exceptional restaurants within walking distance from the house. Shaw Festival Theatres are located in beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake only 20 minutes away. Stratford Theatres are about an hour and a half away and of course Toronto also has theatres, art galleries etc. Excellent world class golf courses abound and golf clubs are available for your use. As we are straddling two of the great lakes, there is also fishing and sailing. We have great hiking which includes the Bruce Trail, over 800km. David and I have completed 400km. IThough we live downtown, we are only a 5 minute drive to the country. It is a beautiful area.
