Venetian countryside cottage

Two-floor detached house, recently re/built (2007) in a very quite but not secluded place.
Huge garden with plenty of trees and flowers, no swimming-pool but outdoor shower and sunbathing far from any eyes. Dining al fresco is higly reccomended in summer.
2+1 bedrooms can accomodate up to 4 people. Air conditioning available in two of the bedrooms. Two bathrooms with two showers. Wi-fi. BBQ. One big open space downstairs with kitchen, dining room and sitting room and 1 larger bathroom. Upstairs two bedrooms (2+1 people) and one studio (1 person) and 1 smaller bathroom. Wooden floor upstairs.
Four independent cats that won't disturb you at all.

About the location

You may need the car as the nearest train station is in Este (about 8 kms from the house) but you could also cycle there. Once at the station you can reach the following destinations:
Venice 1 hour; Padova 30 min.; Verona 1 hour; Ferrara 40 min. ; Bologna 1 hour; Vicenza 1 hour; Montagnana 20 min. By car the time would be approximately the same.
Euganean Hills are the closest area where going for walks, sightseeing, good food and mainly good wine. In addition, on a day trip you can go to seaside (1 hour) or even to Alps (2 hours).
In summer, there are 3 outdoor swimming pools not too far; one in Este, the second in Monselice and the third in Sant'Urbano. The house is in the countryside surrounded by the fields and canals. Birds will wake you up in the morning.
