It is a 3 minute walk to the bus or a 4 minute walk to the train which will take you directly into Brisbane's CBD or it is a short stroll to local shops including restaurants and fast food outlets. There are 3 large bedrooms and the kitchen is well-stocked with all the usual utensils and appliances. Separate dining room and living rooms with wi-fi, TV's, DVD's and plenty of seating. There is a lovely deck at the rear of the house overlooking the tropical garden - eat there, have a coffee and relax!

About the location

Enoggera is only 7 kms from the city centre with excellent public transport into the central city (train 4 minutes walk, bus 3 minute walk). It is a quiet, family type of neighbourhood, safe with some good walks and bike tracks nearby. A short walk away there is a small supermarket, newsagent, bottle shop and a number of restaurant and take away eateries.There is a public swimming pool a 3 minute walk from the house.
