Lovely flat in an amazing location

Our lovely flat has been newly decorated last year. As I am presently building a new house in another part of Brighton for all of us, the use of the flat is temporary; I stay there about five out of seven nights. However, it is of course fully furbished and has two bedrooms and a spacious lounge/dining room combination, a smallish kitchen and a bathroom. Please have a look at the pictures, they tell you more than I can describe.

About the location

Our flat is located in Kemptown, one of the loveliest parts of bright. Kemptown has a real community feel, but is only a 20 min stroll away from the centre of Brighton. Kemptown is historically known as an actors' and artists' quarter, it has a sizeable gay community and a network of streets with specialised shops, hotels, cafes and pubs.
The station is a 25min walk away, with as many as three trains to London per hour.
Brighton has it all - the Royal Pavillion, the Brighton Pier, numerous comedia and music venues, theatre, markets, restaurants, the beach... they call it 'London by the sea' for a reason.
