Nice flat by the sea
Our flat of 85 m2 consists of two bedrooms, another bedroom used as a study office, a bathroom, one large living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a balcony with a table and a sofa. When the trees have no leaves we can see the sea from the balcony.
The flat is bright, spacious and quiet with a nice view.
About the location
Our flat is located in a quiet residential area between the sea and the wood. The residence has two storeys and we live on the first storey. The residence is located in a dead end.
If you walk for about 7 minutes you get to the beach, a swimming pool and a spa.
The Ocean Discovery Park "Océanopolis" is a 7-minute drive and the city of Brest a 10-minute drive. The coast of the Finistère is wonderful with Le Conquet, Camaret, Douarnenez...The countryside is also remarkable with the fantastic "enclos paroissiaux".
Roscoff where the ferries of the Brittany Ferries sail from is a 50-minute drive. The airport and the train station are a 10-minute drive.
Finally, the Mont Saint-Michel is a 2.5-hour drive.
