Additional guests could sleep on the long, new couch in the living room. (not a fold-out couch) It has central air conditioning and ceiling fans. It has WIFI, and cable TV. Washer and dryer are available.

The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. It is one block to the streetcar, and 5 miles from the French Quarter, Superdome and Fairgrounds. You can walk to a gourmet market, drug store, park, and business area with cafes, restaurants, and clubs.
