Lovely victorian terrace, close to transport links and parks. Short bus ride to beach

Our home is a lovely, homely three storey Victorian terrace with a large living room/kitchen area and a pretty south facing garden.

We have four double bedrooms and can sleep up to eight people.

It's a family house, so children very welcome.


We have three very friendly cats so cat lovers only please!

About the location

Brighton is known locally as 'London on Sea' and we have the cosmopolitan vibe without the smog! Lively arts scene, amazing shopping, an aquarium and a Pavilion built for the decadent Prince Regent -what more could you want?

We are also very well located for transport links should you wish to travel further afield. Preston park station is a ten minute walk away. We are on a direct line from Gatwick (40 mins) and London Victoria (less than an hour).

The Preston Park area of Brighton is central yet quiet. Nearby are two excellent parks and superb pubs and shops. Raven's bakery has even won an award in the Guardian...

The local independent cinema is within walking distance and sells the best cakes in town.

The Theatre Royal, the Dome and the Brighton Centre provide us with great entertainment as do a variety of smaller theatres and pub venues.

Brighton's shopping centres - the North and South Laines are a short bus ride away as is the seafront.

The South Downs are easily accessible for walking and kite flying.

Fantastic for families and groups of adults seeking a good time -both gay and straight.
