Our house is in a residential and exclusive area, nice and quiet. Safe neighbourhood and a childrens playground very close to the house. This is family friendly home. It is mediterranean style with garden, bbq, nice chillout to have a glass of wine or beer and a nice garden to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. A pool. Comfortable 3 story modern home, 3 bedrooms and a loft, 1 bedroom with quality Queen sized bed, another with bunks and a playground (ideal for kids), 1 bedroom with a trundle, and the loft with a doble bed and a bathroom. In total 3 bathrooms. Equipped with Wifi, TV, DVD, Washing machine, dishwasher, nexpresso coffe machine and all the appliances that you need to be comfortable. Always easy to park. Nice garden with bbq and swimming pool. Quite neighbourhood and street parking available.

About the location

Our area is great, just 15 minutes distance walk from the village and a 10 minute walk from the beach. Sitges is one of the most beautiful spanish sea coast villages. A walk along the promenade is so beautiful; have lunch in one of the fine restaurants with see views (paellas, rices, seafood). In the village you can visit the historic centre, museums, shopping boutiques, cafes. It has a great market with fresh and yummy food. It has a fantastic night life, restaurants, great atmosphere, Its definately a vibrant and special place. And it is just 35 minutes from Barcelona.
The Costa Brava is also close by. France is just a couple of hours.
