We live in a large semi-detached home in a leafy North London suburb at the end of the Northern Line tube line and on the edge of the green belt around London. The house is a Victorian one built in 1892 as said on the front. Our home is a four bedroom home with a loft conversion but one room is a small music studio so three large double bedrooms. The kitchen is large and light with a big family table seating 6-8 comfortably. The top floor bedroom has an ensuite shower bathroom and has lovely views over High Barnet. We have a 100ft garden and the kitchen/dinning room looks out over the garden.

About the location

Our street is just off the High Street and 10 minutes walk to High Barnet Station. You can get into London in 30 minutes or onto the M25 in 5 minutes. Our home is very well situated as you can drive 5 minutes to the M25 and visit any part of the country very easily. The tube station is at the end of the Northern line and you can be in Central London in 35 minutes. We live just off the Monken Hadley Commons and ancient commons steeped in history ( the Battle of Barnet was fought here in 1448). There are lots of nice small independent shops and a good size Waitrose and market in High Barnet and all about 5 mins away from the house.
