Dream apartment in Le Marais

Perfect for 2 lovers! My apartment is in the most wanted neighbourhood in town!
It's quite big (50mq) and full of light and very, really, nice to live in!!

I'm into 50's 60's design, art books, typedesign, and you will notice it at my place!
My apartment is modern but cosy, you will feel like home in Paris.
Perfect for a couple, but the sofa in the living room is a single bed so if you are 3 it's fine!

You will have all this lovely place for you!
Every equipment stay (kitchen, books, TV...)
But OF COURSE you won't have my mess in the closet neither in the bathroom (you can see it on pictures). And you won't have my cat neither ;)

About the location

Le Marais is the best :
Amazing shops
Most fancy bars and restaurants in Paris
Museums and just walking in the streets

The apartment is just 5 minutes by feet of the Centre Pompidou (Beaubourg), of the BHV, of the Seine, and is in a dreamy shopping & party area (and yet my street is very quiet!!) ; 20 minutes by feet of the Louvre, of the Tuileries, or île Saint Louis...
And with the sub or bus it's only 15 minutes from everything you want to see (Champs-Élysées, Montmartre...)! Anyway, I think it's perfect, and that's why i bought this place ;)) I am sure you will be thrilled to have it for your vacations!
