Private residence

Our home is a large two storey residence with a covered front veranda and a large back deck overlooking the bay.
On the main floor there is a fully equipped kitchen which adjoins a large family room with a solid fuel fireplace. As well, our dining room seats 8 comfortably. It adjoins a lovely sunroom and living room. There is a 1/2 bathroom on this floor, off the center hall. The laundry room is on the main floor as well.
Upstairs, visitors will have use of 4 of the 5 bedrooms. One will be used for storage.
2 bedrooms have double beds, one has a 3/4 (48") bed plus an infant crib. The fourth has a twin bed.. The main bathroom is equipped with a large tub/ shower.
Should visitors have artistic interests, we can arrange for use of fully equipped art studio in the basement.

About the location

Conception Bay South is a 20 minute drive from St John's International Airport. It is a linear town located along the south shore of Conception Bay. Our property has a stunning view of the Bay and Kelly's Island. We are a 5 minute drive from the Royal Newfoundland Yacht Club. We are in walking distance of The Manuels River Hibernia Interpretation Center, walking trails and the beach (rocky /not ideal for swimming). The local recreation center houses a pool, squash courts and outside tennis courts.
The historic city of St. John's is at our doorstep. The iconic village of Quidi Vidi and all points on the Avalon Peninsular are within day trip accessibility .
