Big Room in the centre of Rome(university area)

My Room is realy sweet, clean and comfortable , is a double-room, but you can use like single. ( in the room there are one double bed and one single bed)
There are two windows, one of this is with a beautiful view on Rome , the other one is with a balcony.
In the house there are also two girls realy nice and polite, both female student.( both in August and part of Semptember there aren't)

About the location

My room it's situated in the centre of Rome. The place is called POLICLINICO or PIAZZA BOLOGNA a University zone. There is between two metro( called Policlinico and Bologna), many bus and tram.
This neighborhood is full of pizzerie , pastry shops, bar, supermarkets and shops.
This is realy enjoyable area, full of guy.
