Our home is large ,sunny child friendly house , Its got a good size front room with tv and cable TV and access to netflex movie channels and wifi with sitting room with a dinning table that sits 6 people , The kitchen is very big with a sitting area and a computer with access to Netflix too, The kitchen has a lovely breakfast bar that we love sitting at , There is a down stairs wc and the four bedrooms are upstairs the forth bedroom is small and sleeps our 3 year old , the double room has a bay window and plenty of storage , our son s room is a good size with bunk beds and the other bedroom it our daughters cabin bed ,Lots of extras if you have kids like a pool table , bikes and a huge trampoline and slide and swings in the garden

About the location

The house is right beside the golf course , the garden has a gate at the back that opens to the golf club ,( Shandon Golf Course ) The area is residential and very quite although we are very close to local shops and very good restaurant s in Ballyhackamore , We are 15 mins Drive from the city center and Belfast is a buzzing ,We are five mins drive from area that is great for kids with an ice bowl a climbing area , a ice rink , Belfast is about 1 1/2 hours to Dublin and 1 hour to Derry and 2 hours to Donegal with great public transport
