Our house has 2 bedrooms, each with ensuite facilities. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are open plan, and we have a separate utility room and cloakroom. Outside we have a garden and swimming pool and parking for 2 cars in the drive.
About the location
Our house is situated on the edge of the village of Parcent, in the Jalon Valley. The village sits beneath the Coll de Rates mountains with beaches in Moraira, Denia, Calpe and Javea about a 25 minute drive.
We are just over 1 hours drive to the cities of Alicante and Valencia, where you can experience beautiful architecture, art galleries, museums and local fayre.
We have a wonderful variety of local restaurants in the valley offering great food at reasonable prices.
