Wonderful retreat in Thai countryside, looking for swap to Munich

This beautiful home is on a small river and surrounded by nature yet only 2 km from the center of Chiang Rai.
The main house has a living-dining room, eat-in kitchen, huge terrace, study, 3 en-suite bedrooms and WC, a beautiful garden and a 16 meter pool.
There is also a small self-contained guest house.
We are looking for a long-term (2 months or more) swap with an apartment in or near Munich.
