My lovely house is in a very exclusive

I live in an area called Granadilla about 5 miles from San Pedro where the Costa Rican University is situated and just 15miles from the capital San Jose.

The neighbourhood is very safe as it is a gated community. Children can play and ride bike happily and safely. It is in an ideal location as you could go for a city visit as well as visit all the wonderful places Costa Rica has to offer for example beaches, volcanoes, national parks and much much more, with the closest beach being just 45mins away (Pacific Coast).

Its a spacious and modern home ideal for families.
