Pretty flat in leafy, lovely Highgate, in easy reach of town

A small but comfortable flat, big enough for two. The Flat has 1 bedroom 1 bathroom and a kitchen/living room. There is free parking, but we don't have a car ourselves, but 2 bikes could be available. Lots of books to read! We do have a beautiful cat, Alfie, so looking for an exchange where that is not a problem - perhaps you have a pet we can borrow! Its a raised ground floor so although you have no one below you it feels like a 1st or 2nd floor as we look out down a hill. We don't have a balcony, but there is a little seating area outside, and the flats have beautiful communal gardens. There is a sofa bed so its possible to have guests but it is a bit of a squeeze!

About the location

London's leafiest area and it's highest point. 1 minute away from pretty Waterlow park and the Historic Highgate cemetery, 5 mins from Hampstead heath. Lots of nice historic pubs and cafes nearly and you are only 30mins away from Oxford Circus by bus. The village-like areas of Hampstead, Tufnell park and Highgate Village itself are nearby with pretty shops and restaurants. Or a short bus ride away takes you to up and coming Kentish Town, Camden Town and on to Regents Park, Oxford Circus, Green Park and Victoria.
