Lovely family friendly home with 3 bedrooms, all can accommodate a double bed.
We have lovely views of the sea from the main bedroom and Garden.

The house has a large, recently renovated kitchen dinner with large glass sliding doors onto a sun terrace then steps down into the lawned garden with children play area at the bottom.
The living room is a good size with cosy carpet and large flat screed TV. The house is set over 2 floors. Stairs leading to the bathroom and 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1, has a king sized bed
bedroom 2, has a toddler bed and a single bed that can pull out to make a double
Bedroom 3, Has a single bed and desk but bed can be pulled out to create a double.

A very handy Bus stop is right outside house, with buses taking you all over the city. Station, centre,beach, pier, marina,Hove etc.
You can easily walk to most places,10 minutes from the bustling seafront. 15 minutes to city centre.

Also within easy reach are London, historic Battle Abbey, Beachy Head and romantic Arundel and Bodiam castles.
We are 1 hour by train from London. nearest airport Gatwick 30 minutes by train.
