Spacious townhouse located on the south coast, only an hours drive (or 80 minute direct train) south of Sydney. It has 2 good sized double bedrooms (main with ensuite), the other has two double beds. The open plan lounge room downstairs has sofa bed and plenty of room as well. The house is fully furnished with all mod cons and has two balconies to enjoy the afternoon coastal breeze.

The house is 5 mins drive to the gorgeous and uncrowded beaches of thirroul, austinmer, bulli or coledale. Take your pick! All beaches are patrolled and offer great diving, surfing or if you prefer just relaxing or exploring the many intriguing rock platforms.

Thirroul is a quaint coastal town with cafes, specialty shops and market and is only a 5 min walk away. Alternatively, you can go exploring along the scenic south coast to places like Kiama or inland to picturesque southern tablelands. Sydney is only an hour by train.

Thirroul is a chilled, beautiful, very classic aussie coastal town. It is located about an hours drive south of Sydney right on the coast. The dramatic Illawarra escarpment is a backdrop and as such, Thirroul has not been over-developed and offers a uniqueness of unspoilt and quiet beaches. In fact, the illawarra coastal beaches has become somewhat of a haven for sydney siders wanting a 'sea change' but still offering close proximity to Sydney being only an hour away. The town is also eclectic enough to be able to spend a lazy afternoon enjoying one of the cool cafes or restaurants or going on a lovely coastal walk or bike ride. An easy drive in either direction will also open up a Pandoras box of country pubs or clubs. Wollongong is a 15 min drive away too.
This is an opportunity to enjoy both the classic beach style getaway yet as and when you want being in the heart of Sydney within 70 mins.
