The freeway exit is 2km away with easy access north to the Gold Coast, (Coolangatta Airport 20mins drive) or south to Byron Bay (30mins drive). Cabarita Beach is a naturally beautiful and safe beach with good waves and a lovely village atmosphere. It also has the convenience of a Woolworths supermarket, restaurants and cafes. The house is surrounded by bush and wildlife in a private setting adjoining the Cudgen Nature Reserve.

Cabarita Beach is only 3km away and is safe for swimming and good for surfing. The village has the convenience of a Woolworths supermarket and cafes and shops. Tweed Heads shopping centre is 15mins away and has a Hoyts cinema. Currumbin Wildlife sanctuary is 30mins away and the Gold Coast theme parks about an hour away. Byron Bay is 30mins drive and the Tweed Regional Art Gallery and Margaret Olley centre 20mins away. Mt Warning National Park is about an hours drive but well worth it for the bushwalking and natural beauty.
