Our house is a craftsman style new build, in a quiet road with amazing views of the lake.

Our home is situated above lake Okanagan with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Apx 4,500 square feet, we have 3 floors 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms on the top floor with a deck and on suite off the Master bedroom, middle floor is a large great room with open style kitchen dining area laundry room, powder room. Basement has 2 further bedrooms a media area bathroom and bar/kitchen area with seating. Outside is a lawned garden with hot tub.
we have 2 mountain bikes and 2 road bikes available to use.

About the location

The area is beautiful, we live on a hill side with amazing views of lake Okanagan, in a quiet area called Kettle Valley. The area is famous for wineries, we have lots of vineyards near by. There is a large fit farming areas with orchards rambling over the area cherries and apples are the main crops. There are several lovely beaches around the lake too. Hiking is popular as are most outdoor pursuits. on and off the lake. There a all the amenities in the area you would need too. Most people who live in Canada come to Kelowna to vacation so we see holiday makers in the summer Months.
