Nice 86m² Appartment with view on the Spree

Hi there, I live in a shared appartment with a friend.
So what I basically offer is my own room. The living room, kitchen, bathroom can be used as you like.

I am looking for an accomodation in Dublin City, as I will start my semester abroad in September. The best would be an exchange over the period September-December, but a first start from 14th of September would be great for me to get to know the city and then find another accomodation or room if necessary.

About the location

Two Trainstations are a 5min walk away from the appartment, so its super easy to access the city with public transport. There are many bars, clubs and restaurants that can be reached by 5min-10min walk. The appartment is directly at the Spree and on the other side of the Treptower Park, which is a beautiful park directly at the water, just perfect for walk or run. With public transport you need 10 mins to the Alexanderplatz, which is about the center/middle of Berlin. Supermarket is just 3min walk away, and there also is a Spätkauf (Store which is open all night) just around the block.
