Although we live in a residential area we are located within 1 mile of the beach where there are plenty of pleasant walks.

We also have a key to a members only park which has a duck pond, plenty of area and nice/quiet open spaces.

We are located 6 miles to the city centre with plenty of local shops and amenities including plenty of local restaurants and a cinema.

In addition there are plenty of local leisure facilities including swimming pools, fishing, tennis clubs, gymnasiums etc

There is also a train station within 1 mile taking you straight to the city centre (15 mins) and in the opposite direction the coastal town of Southport
