Urban/Suburban Life

We live in a beautiful building from 1910, at 9 km distance from Downtown (17 min by Subway).
It is a wide duplex apartment (3 and 4th floor) in impecable conditions, with a large amount of natural light. Two balconies. All rooms of the house are spacious and allow a very independent life between residents. We provide all amenities for a pleasant stay.

About the location

Our apartament is located in a very green area, surrounded by generous nature.
The magic of this place lies in the fact that enables both an urban as suburban life as well. In the first case, Berlin, the city of Diversity, offers fantastic and historical attractions at only only few minutes away, using a U-bahn (Subway)
Regarding “suburban life”, it is possible to take a bath in one of the large amounts of lakes around the city (we are at 30 minutes away from Schlantensee)
