5 minute stroll from the Bristol Channel

This is our main home and has been updated throughout since we bought it in 2013.
It is situated close to the centre of the "old" town and is literally a 5 minute stroll from the Bristol Channel. Clevedon has several claims to fame
- the Grade 1 listed pier which is the oldest surviving such pier in the UK and
- Clevedon Cinema which has been running continuously for 100 years and still has a Wurlitzer organ.
It is close to the M5 motorway and so has good access (via the Severn Bridge) to Wales, Devon ,Cornwall,etc and more locally to Bristol, Bath, Wells and Glastonbury. The local railway station (Yatton) gives access to London (Paddington), Bristol, Cardiff, Bath and Devon and Cornwall and even further afield. Bristol airport is close by and in late spring to autumn there are flights to Beziers in southern France where we have our holiday home in Laurens.

The house has four double bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom, a main bathroom with separate bath and shower, a large lounge, dining area and modern kitchen plus ground floor w/c. There are well stocked gardens to front and rear of the house.
