Converted barn close to the historic city of Chester

The Barn is our comfortable family home. It is situated in a quite spot down a 100m lane.

The main living space is up half a dozen steps where you will find a hallway and cloakroom with toilet.The lounge has a wood burning stove and two leather sofas. The kitchen has recently been re fitted. I love cooking so it is well equipped including Miele bean to cup coffee maker, American style fridge freezer ,dishwasher etc. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms ( sleeps 6-8) and bathroom.

The bathroom has also recently been refurbished with a freestanding bath and wet room shower. The main bedroom has a king size double bed , bedroom 2 has a double futon, bedroom 3&4 with single beds. There is also a travel cot and fold out foam single bed.

There is a basement with shower and toilet.A bedroom with 4ft double bed A large room with t.v Xbox, Playstation, .My teenage son has sleepovers with his friend here so if more sleeping space is needed it is possible but probably suitable for teenagers!

We have a 4 seater Citigo that could be included in the swap.

About the location

Elton is an old village that has expanded over the last 40 years.There are local shops: including Bakery and Chinese takeaway.Within 5 km there are a range of eating places, fabulous country pubs, pizza/burger restaurants.

The beauty of Elton is its location close to the motorway net work therefore Chester, Liverpool, Manchester, N.Wales are easily accessible.

Great attractions are nearby Historic Walled City of Chester, Chester Zoo, BLue Planet Aquarium, Cheshire Oaks Outlet village. A brand new public swimming/ sports centre.

Castles of N. Wales to mention just a few.
