This is a nice retro-style but fully renovated apartment of 40 m2. With very high ceiling, in a calm building with nice neighborhood in the very-very center of the city.

About the location

Lille is the center of Flemish architecture. The location of my apartment is the best one in the city : in the center, in the middle between two parts of the city - the ancient and the new one with bars and clubs. It's calm and quiet but in 5 minutes of walking you can get to animated bars and student parties, or contrary - to the very chic fancy boutiques district. In 10 minutes you will be in the huge parc with boats, or if you want - at the rain station, just take your ticket to London, Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris - in 1 to 2 hours you'll be there, everything is around here.
