Ours is a very sunny house with a lovely open plan living area which opens up onto a deck with a peek of the sea. Great for BBQing, entertaining or just soaking up the sun. It has all the modern amenities you require and is a very comfortable, easy living family home. There are four big bedrooms (3 double beds, one single), and a play/music room which also has a sofa bed. The garden opens onto a small park with a children's playground.
About the location
Westmere is one of the most convenient, family friendly, established suburbs in Auckland. Our neighborhood has a wonderful village feel despite being very central. Near to the city's best restaurants, several inner-city beaches, bus routes, parks, sports fields, the zoo; it really is a wonderful place to base yourself to see the best of Auckland. Because we are also very close to all the main motorways it is easy to get out of town.
