Close to the beach, station, airport and London - Brighton

We have a nice, clean, 4 bedroom house with a study, 2.5 bathrooms and a lovely south facing garden with driveway for 2 cars just 1 hour away from London, on the coast.

It is a bohemian , cosmopolitan city, the weekend-get-away for Londoners. It is also called Soho-by-the -sea. London Gatwick airport actually is closer to us (30 minutes), than London .

Upstairs:
Master bedroom: a king size bed, distant sea views
Guest bedroom 1: 2 single beds with memory foam mattresses.
Kids bedroom: 2 big double beds - and the room is big enough for some more mattresses.
There is a bathroom with bath tub, separate shower and toilet .

Ground Floor:
Guest bedroom 2 -1 double bed, easy access to 2nd bathroom with shower and toilet. Perfect for granny/granddad/aupair etc.

Separate, 3rd toilet.

The kitchen-diner adjoins the living room on one side via large sliding glass doors and opens into the garden on the opposite side. Living room has a big L shaped sofa, which can accommodate two more people comfortably. Teenagers best spot!

I would say that the house is comfortable enough for 2 families or family with granny/nanny etc.

Garden:

Two big tables, lots of chairs, barbecue, 2 adult size bike, two kids bike + scooter & skateboards

Dinghy sailing, Kayaking ) all a stone throw away.

Supermarkets, independent shops, fishmonger, bakery all close by. There is a bus stop in front of the house with regular buses to the town centre (15- 20 minutes by bus or a 40 minute beach walk).

London Gatwick airport is 30 minutes by train.

London is 55 minutes by train.
Beach is 10 minutes walk, Brighton town-centre is about 40 minutes walk on the seafront or about 15 minutes bus ride away.

About the location

Brighton is a vibrant sea-side town, it is considered to be Soho by the sea. It can be a base for London visits (55 minutes by train). Lots of Londoners move down and commute from here. It is an arty, cosmopolitan town with lots of extravagant people- full of restaurants, Cafes, clubs, evening-life, beautiful countryside- accessible by buses. http://www.visitbrighton.com/.
