Spacious apartment in Croatia, near sea

Apartment in Croatia near the sea. Spacious living room and kitchen area. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, free WiFi, satellite TV. Ground floor, easy access even for the wheel chair.
Quiet area. Outdoor swimming pool, garden for the BBQ.
Car parking area in front of the house. Could live my car for you to use, but it is an "oldie".
Beach is a 15 min. walk from the house. The house has 3 floors and my parents might be staying in one apartment or just coming occasionally, depends on the dates.
We could agree on longer periods of time, if wanted, not in the summer ( it is mostly rented in August and most of July).

About the location

Istria is a very welcoming area with temperatures that are very mild throughout the year, Adriatic sea is clean and beautiful, and people are warm and open-minded.
It is well known tourist area for summer holidays, quiet in the winter time. It is close to the coastline, Pula has many antique monuments and Colosseum to see.
Food is of great quality , olive oil typical for the area.
Lovely nature and lot of outdoor activities to pursue: diving clubs, wind surfing, fishing, tennis, cycling, swimming, walking... Little rural towns in central Istria as one-day trips...boat trips to Brioni Islands is a "must"....
