New modern town house in center of Ljubljana- Europe best Travel destination

Our architect designed home is bright and open, located only 10 minutes walking from city center. House in in located in one of most beautiful and quiet location in Ljubljana center, surrounded with beautiful gardens.

On the ground floor there is big open space with modern Italian designed kitchen, dining room and living room. Kitchen is equipped with 2 fridges/freezers, induction hob, oven, blender, food processor, dish washer and kitchen counter. Big dining table has space for 6-8 people. Living space is equipped with large flat screen TV, Nintendo WII console and home entertainment system with big movie and music library. Also on the ground floor is utility room with wc, sink and Heat pump.

On the first floor there are 3 main bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and utility room. There is 1.4m wide bed in each of children’s bedrooms. The third bedroom has 1.8m wide bed with big glass windows looking on garden area and its own terrace. A part of master bedroom is big open bathroom with shower and bathtub.

On top floor there is big open space with terrace. Room is equipped with PC- home entertainment system and has also some gym requisites: indoor bike, weights,.. There is spectacular view on Alps and Ljubljana’s castle.

The house is well equipped for kids as we have two of our own. We love our house and take care of it, as we would also do to any property we stay in. Our house is in scope of 4 houses with private alley closed with automatic doors and beautiful garden around the house. Since we want everything to have perfect in our house we still didn't finish the interior totally. There is still one bathroom to be finished and as well some furniture is missing.

There are convenience stores, supermarkets, fruit and vegetable markets, cafes and restaurants nearby.Also public transport is very convenient: major bus line is approx. 200 m from house. There are also 4 bikes available in the house and we can also arrange a car.

About the location

Ljubljana is small spectacular Europe Best Travel destination. Ljubljana is one of Europe’s greenest and most livable cities, boasting a friendly cafe culture by day, and vibrant nightlife after the sun sets. Due to its compact size, Ljubljana is a walking and environmentally friendly city, dotted with many green spaces. Nestled on a hill above the Old Town, the medieval Ljubljana Castle looks like a mighty guardian protecting the city at its foot. It makes the perfect base with plentiful, inexpensive buses radiating out of the city to the rest of Slovenia, which is as picture-perfect as Switzerland but much easier on the wallet. You can also visit Venice by car, since it is only 3 hours driving from Ljubljana.

Location of our house is almost in the center, so everything is within walking distance so there is no need for a car. Ljubljana is home to many of Slovenia’s best restaurants.

Ljubljana is also great place for outdoor activities. There are swiming pools, zoo, golf place, tennis, bike routes, hiking routes and many other activites to do in the city. Ljubljana is also perfect spot to go outdoor in nature. The north of the country is dominated by towering mountain ranges that provide plentiful challenges for hikers and skiers. In the west, pure alpine streams strengthen as they descend into the valleys, becoming churning white-water rapids, ideal for rafting and the relatively new sport of canyoning. Elsewhere, picturesque lakeside paths provide perfect terrain for cyclists and the lush fields of the Karst are home to a rare breed of white stallion. If you love the outdoors, it's time you got acquainted with Europe's adventure playground.
